Our approach to prenatal bodywork is rooted in comfort and clinical safety. Using specialized bolsters and body pillows for side-lying support, we focus on improving circulation and resolving the structural shifts that occur during pregnancy. This is a deliberate, restorative reset designed to help you carry your journey with greater ease.

We utilize light to medium pressure specifically tailored for prenatal safety. The focus is on gentle lymphatic drainage and rhythmic strokes to reduce swelling and ease the nervous system. We avoid deep structural work on the lower back and legs to ensure a safe environment for both mother and baby, while still effectively resolving muscle fatigue.
To allow for the application of nourishing, scent-neutral oils and seamless strokes, most guests undress to their level of comfort or undergarments. Your privacy is our absolute priority; you will be professionally draped with warm linens and supported by specialized body pillows in a side-lying position. This setup ensures the absolute safety and comfort of both you and your baby throughout your individualized reset.
Absolutely. We understand that every pregnancy journey is different. During your intake, we can prioritize common areas of discomfort such as the lower back, hips, and swollen ankles. Our therapists will adapt the session to your specific needs while strictly adhering to prenatal safety guidelines.
Pregnancy massage is generally safe and highly beneficial after the first trimester. However, we recommend consulting your physician if you are experiencing a high-risk pregnancy, preeclampsia, or sudden severe swelling. For your safety, we do not perform prenatal massage during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
