Targeted Relief for Peak Performance

Sports Massage for Recovery, Mobility & Performance

Unlike a relaxation session, our sport massage is a collaborative, result-oriented treatment focused on resolving the physical demands of high-performance activity and chronic occupational tension. Every session draws on the same assisted-stretching and rhythmic-pressure techniques rooted in our Thai massage background, applied here with an athletic focus.

Recover Faster

What is it? Targeted pressure and techniques focused on speeding up the body's natural recovery process after physical exertion.
Who is it for? Anyone training regularly, competing, or simply pushing their body harder than usual.
Benefits: Reduced muscle soreness, improved circulation, and accelerated recovery after training or competition.

Move Better

What is it? Mobility-focused bodywork that targets the muscle tightness limiting your range of motion.
Who is it for? Athletes and active adults dealing with stiffness, restricted movement, or performance plateaus.
Benefits: Improved flexibility, restored mobility, and relief from muscle tightness that limits performance.

Perform Stronger

What is it? Preparation-focused massage designed to get your body ready for demanding physical activity.
Who is it for? Anyone training for or heading into a competition, event, or intense physical stretch.
Benefits: A body better prepared for peak performance, with reduced risk of future injury.

“This massage place is definitely worth it. I love that they can provide the right amount of pressure for a real deep tissue massage. I also appreciate that you are given a few minutes to relax after your massage with a cup of tea and some cookies.”

Common questions

Got Questions? We've Got Answers!

What pressure level is used?

Sports Massage typically uses medium to firm pressure, but every session is customized to your comfort level, activity level, and recovery goals. Your therapist may use targeted pressure, stretching, compression, and mobility-focused techniques to help reduce soreness, improve flexibility, and support better performance.

Wear comfortable clothing to your appointment. You’ll undress only to your level of comfort, and our therapists use professional draping throughout your massage to ensure privacy, comfort, and proper access to the areas being treated.

Absolutely. Sports Massage is ideal for focusing on specific muscle groups, soreness, tightness, limited mobility, or areas affected by training, sports, work, or repetitive movement. Your therapist will customize the session around what your body needs most.

Your safety always comes first. Please let your therapist know if you have a recent injury, surgery, inflammation, bruising, blood clotting concerns, or any medical condition that may affect your massage. We’ll customize your session or recommend modifications to ensure it’s safe and beneficial.

Gratuities are always greatly appreciated. If you feel your therapist provided exceptional care, tips may be given directly to your therapist or at the front desk. Your comfort, healing, and overall experience will always remain our highest priority.

A regular massage is generally focused on relaxation and stress relief, using lighter, flowing techniques. Sports Massage takes a more targeted, result-oriented approach, using firmer pressure and techniques matched to the physical demands of training, competition, or an active lifestyle. If your main goal is unwinding, a Swedish Massage may be the better fit. If you’re managing soreness, tightness, or recovery from physical activity, Sports Massage is designed for that.

Massage can be a helpful part of managing general soreness and tightness around an area affected by tendonitis, but it isn’t a substitute for a medical diagnosis or treatment plan. Let your therapist know about any tendonitis or ongoing injury before your session so they can adjust pressure and technique accordingly, and check with your doctor about whether massage is a good fit alongside your treatment.
