Which length fits

Choosing Your Massage Session Length

60 minutes

Focused reset

Best for focused work on one or two areas. A good starting point if it’s your first visit or you’re coming in for a specific problem like neck and shoulder tension.

90 minutes – Most booked

Full-body plus focus areas

Our most-booked length. Enough time for full-body work plus concentrated attention on your problem areas, or for a massage with an add-on worked in without either feeling rushed.

120 minutes

Most thorough session

Suits full-body tension, several problem areas at once, or anyone who wants the deepest and most thorough version of the treatment.

If you’re unsure, book 90 minutes. It’s the length most clients settle on after their first visit.

Gift Certificates

E-gift certificates work for any service on our menu and any session length. Choose an amount, and it’s delivered by email to whoever you choose, usually within a few minutes.

Pricing FAQ

Do prices include tip?

No. Gratuity is entirely optional and never added to your bill automatically. If you’d like to leave one, you can give it directly to your therapist or at the front desk.

Do you charge extra for add-ons?

Yes, each enhancement has its own price on top of the session rate. Your therapist will confirm what you’re adding during intake, before any work begins, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Are your prices different on weekends or evenings?

No. The prices on this page apply every day we’re open, including weekends and evening appointments.

Do you offer a discount for first-time clients?

Ask when you book. Rates for new clients can vary, and the front desk will confirm what applies to your session.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

Some clients use HSA or FSA funds for massage when it’s accompanied by the right documentation from a healthcare provider. Check with your plan administrator to confirm your specific coverage before booking.

Do you have memberships?

Not yet. We’re building a membership program with several tiers for clients who come in regularly. Ask at the front desk to be added to the interest list.
